We had two employees test positive for COVID. Both were vaccinated, neither got sick. The first went to the doctor for something else but the doctor tested per protocol. The second went because all of us are getting tested now. So far we have the two asymptomatic positives and several negatives. Not quite the right mixture to put together a full shift but we should be able to open at some capacity Tuesday. We’ll also have more results then as some couldn’t get the rapid test.
The two positives didn’t get sick because they were vaccinated. The vaccine may not kill all of the virus if you come in contact with it but it will, in all probability, kill enough to keep you from getting sick and spreading it to others. We will continue to require masks until the recommended amount of immunity is reached in Carrollton.
